RETURNS, REFUNDS AND GUARANTEE

I aim to wow you with with a print you will love for a lifetime. I guarantee the quality of my work and materials for it’s lifetime. All my printers have been hand-picked for the best quality prints and materials. If you have issues with manufacturing quality please notify me and I can have this replaced or fixed.

All my prints are made to order specially for you and handled by me, therefor I do not offer returns or refunds if you change you mind, but your print will be replaced if it is damaged or you are not happy with the product or quality. I stand by my products and believe you will be 100% satisfied,  in 7 years of business with over 600 customers around the world I have not had a single return or an unhappy customer. In the event you are not satisfied, please get in touch as I want you to love your print!

If a print is damaged during transit or framing I will replace it free of charge on return or proof of the damaged original.

Once you have purchased a print you then own the right to that edition, if in the future your print is damaged and the full price is not covered by insurance, I will replace the print at cost price upon proof of damage to the original.

This guarantee does not include damage caused by natural disasters, fire, user mishaps/error, improper handling and care, improper hanging technique or location, improper cleaning and products. In the event of any unfortunate circumstance that is not covered, please get in touch and I will try to help in anyway I can, but please be aware that this may be at additional cost, but you will never have to pay the full price to replace the print.
